If your order has not been filled, this guide will explain the possible reasons, such as price conditions not being met or insufficient market liquidity, and provide solutions to help resolve the issue.

An order may not be filled because the market price has not yet reached your set trading price. When using a limit order, the order will only be filled when the market price reaches or exceeds your set price.

For example, if the current market selling price is 71,300 USDT, and your set buy price is 70,900 USDT, your order will be placed in the order book awaiting execution because no seller is willing to sell at that price.

Your order may not be filled for the following reasons:

1️⃣ Price Not Reached Your Set Price

If your set buy price is lower than the market price, or your set sell price is higher than the market price, the order will wait for the market price to reach that level before being filled.

2️⃣ Insufficient Market Liquidity In some cases,

if market trading volume is low, it may take longer to find a matching order.

3️⃣ Using a Limit Order

A limit order will be executed at your set price and therefore will not be filled immediately unless the market price reaches that condition.

If you want your order to be executed immediately, you can choose to place an order at a price close to the current market price, or use a market order to trade.
