This guide introduces the concept of limit orders and how to use them, helping you understand how to set a specific price to buy or sell assets.

A limit order is an order type where a user sets a specific price to buy or sell. The order will only be executed when the market price reaches or exceeds the set price. For example, if the current market price of Bitcoin is 71,300 USDT, and you set a buy price of 70,900 USDT, your order will not be executed immediately but will remain in the order book until the market price reaches that price.

Features of limit orders include:

  1. Customizable Price:

You can set your own buy or sell price according to your trading strategy.

  1. Orders may not be executed immediately:

If the market price does not reach the set price, the order will remain pending.

  1.  Ideal for Planned Trading:

Suitable for users who want to buy or sell assets at a specific price.
