1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
This Risk Disclosure Statement is an integral part of the MIYI Terms of Service. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you explicitly confirm that you have read this document and accept all risks described herein. Trading on MIYI is not suitable for all investors.

2.1. Extreme Volatility: Digital asset (cryptocurrency) prices are subject to extreme and rapid fluctuations. Prices can surge or collapse within minutes or hours due to market sentiment, news, or speculative trading. You can lose a substantial portion or all of your invested capital very quickly.
2.2. Liquidity Risk: Some crypto assets traded on MIYI may have low trading volume. This can make it difficult or impossible to buy or sell assets at your desired price, potentially locking you into a losing position or forcing a sale at a significant loss.

4.4. Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain transactions, including withdrawals from MIYI, are irreversible. If you send assets to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address, they will be permanently lost. MIYI cannot reverse such transactions.
