This article will show you how to change or reset your MIYI account login password, including how to change it using the old password and what to do if you cannot provide the old password, helping you to securely restore your account access.
1.Visit the MIYI exchange website and log in.
2.Find the "Forgot Password" or "Change Login Password" option on the login screen.
3.Go to the login password change page in the user center, enter your email address to obtain your verification code, and then enter it.
4.Enter the Google Authenticator code. You need to open Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator to obtain the Authenticator code to verify your identity.
5.After entering the password reset interface, enter your new password, then re-enter it in the confirm password field, and finally click OK.
(After successfully resetting your password, you will not be able to withdraw your assets for 24 hours. Please make arrangements in advance.)
