Account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Before submitting your request, please carefully review the following information and confirm that you fully understand the consequences of account deletion.

Before You Proceed

Please make sure that:

1. All assets have been successfully withdrawn to your secure wallet address;
2. You no longer need access to your MIYI account;
3. You understand that deleted accounts cannot be restored;
4. You understand that any remaining assets in the account will not be recoverable after deletion.

How to Submit an Account Deletion Request

Please send an email using your registered email address to: support@miyi.io

Email Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your UID
• Your registered email address
• The reason for account deletion
• A confirmation statement that you understand and accept the consequences of permanent account deletion

Important Notice

Once your account is deleted:

• The account cannot be recovered;
• Any remaining assets cannot be retrieved.

Please make sure all assets have been safely transferred out of your account before submitting your request.
