This guide will detail the materials and procedures required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on the MIYI platform, including document upload requirements, photo specifications, and verification notes, helping you successfully pass identity verification and ensure account security.
KYC Verification Process and Required Materials:
Required Materials:
- A clear photo of the front of your ID (ID card, passport, or other valid document)
- A photo of you holding your ID. This must be a photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with the word "MIYI" written on it, your signature, and the date of verification. The photo must be non-mirrored (front-facing) and clearly show the ID, the "MIYI" logo, your signature, and the verification date.
- Ensure the ID number is entered correctly and the photo has not been edited or tampered with.
Notes:
- The signature in the photo must be clear and legible; otherwise, you will need to re-upload it.
- When uploading, please submit both a photo of the front of your ID card and a photo of you holding your ID.
- After submitting complete and compliant materials, the verification process generally takes 1-3 business days.
- If the materials are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, the platform will contact you to supplement them.
