Access Restriction Troubleshooting Guide (VPN & DNS Settings)

If you experience slow loading, inability to access the platform, or connection failures, it may be due to network restrictions (such as the Great Firewall of China). You may follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Use a VPN

We recommend first accessing the platform using a VPN to improve connection stability and success rate.

2. Change DNS Settings

If the issue persists after using a VPN, you may try manually configuring your DNS settings:

For iPhone (iOS) Users:

1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi

2. Tap the “i” icon next to your connected network

3. Scroll down and tap Configure DNS

4. Select Manual

5. Tap Add Server, then enter: 8.8.8.8

6. (Optional) Add another server: 8.8.4.4

7. Tap Save in the top right corner

For Android Users:

1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi

2. Long-press your connected Wi-Fi or tap the gear icon

3. Locate IP Settings and change it from DHCP to Static

4. Enter 8.8.8.8 in DNS 1

5. Enter 8.8.4.4 in DNS 2

6. Tap Save

Note:

• Ensure you are connected to a stable network

• Avoid using restricted or unstable network services

• Settings may vary slightly depending on device model
